Dr. Wayne Mancari lectures on Hermeneutics. Hermeneutics is the science and art form of how to properly interpret the Bible. Universally accepted laws of interpreting Scripture are explained in detail. Such laws include: the law of context, the law of first mention, the cultural factor, the historical factor, the language gap, just to name a few. Once we understand the rules that govern how to interpret the Scripture, we increase the chances of interpreting any given scripture correctly.
